Health Kick! Oh yeahhh

Sooo lately I have been on a big health kick! I started following a few health/fitness blogs and they really inspired me! Living Social had a great deal on a month pass to the Boston Sports Club, so I signed up and have been going to classes ever since! I am obsessssed with these classes. There are classes like spinning, cardio, kickboxing, yoga, 30 minute abs, upper and lower body strength, and of course ZUMBA! These classes are so fun and I leave feeling so happy and strong! I have also been making better food choices and the blogs that I follow have given me great tips & recipes! I can't wait to share them all with you :) Gotta get my summer beach body ready for when I am back in California!
